Important:

Tuesday and Thursday between 7:00 till 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 till 18:00 are available at the office on the left of the spinning bikes at the gym area.

 

Times that are available outside these hours will be held online using the video-software Zoom.us. It's just like Skype but you don't need an account to use it and can simply press the link to join.
